Container Filling Station

The use of automatic container refueling station within company's area provides you a unique possibility for complete control over actual entering of the fuel into fuel tank.

Thus, any unauthorized fillings of vehicle and abuses are excluded completely. The most advanced in this sphere is a system for identification of vehicle by means of RFID mark, installed directly on fuel tank of vehicle, and RFID reader, installed on fuelling nozzle. Using this configuration you can guarantee filling of necessary vehicle with corresponding fuel within allowable limits and time at allowed object and at the same time exclude possibility of unauthorized refueling of another vehicle.

Automatic container refueling station operates in automatic mode and is equipped with vehicle identification system. This software allows not only releasing fuel but also limiting every vehicle by definite type of lubrications and also amount of possible consumption of fuel per day/ week and month. You can also limit the possibility for obtaining of petroleum, oil and lubricants for every vehicle and thus optimize company's costs. Software allows responsible person to conduct operations on limitation of vehicle independently without attraction of specialists of SC Formula Company.

Automatic container refueling station is factory manufactured in accordance with TU and technical documentation, agreed and approved in accordance with law of Ukraine. It is represented by factory-made good, completely ready for operation. All component parts of automatic container filling station are enclosed in standard 40-foot sea container. The equipment is certified and approved for use within Ukraine.

 Equipment of automatic container filling station:

• Two-walled steel vessel of advanced reliability with constant pressure monitoring of insulation space and capacity of20 m3.
• Electronic fuel-dispensing unit with accuracy level of 0,25% and capacity of 80 l/m.
• Two-level gas sensor, ensuring constant monitoring of explosive concentration levels of gas
• Sound-and-light emergency alarm with automatic disconnection of the equipment
• Automatic forced ventilation
• Automatic firefighting system
• Electronic level gauge with possibility for measuring of density, temperature, leakage control and two-sample control of tank filling.
• Security alarm system
• Video control system
• System for online GSM monitoring of all parameters, modes and conditions of automatic container filling station
• Automatic vehicle identification system, based on contact-free RFID technology

For convenience of our customers we developed two basic schemes of cooperation in the sphere of installation and operation of automatic container refueling station:

• Fuel-filling of vehicle fleet through automatic container refueling station (Contract on fuel delivery). Using such scheme a customer receives both, full technical maintenance of automatic container refueling station and high quality petroleum, oil and lubricants;
• Long-term lease. This lease includes mounting works, technical maintenance, support of automatic container filling station and legal support.
